Our collaborative approach allows us leverage the latest in technology, design/contracting methods to maximize budget, eliminate waste and minimize schedule impacts while bringing the clients vision to reality.
Principal
Ian comes by his passion for the Construction industry honestly. Ian started out working in the residential sector in his teens. From there his interest was peaked, and he headed to ASU to major in Construction Management at the Del E. Webb School of Construction. Through his time at ASU, and working for a few large scale commercial general contractors, Ian found a special love for the challenges that come with the technical and sophisticated commercial construction projects. Ian's experience spans a wide range of projects including: courthouse buildings, blue chip manufactures, higher education facilities, Class A office space, Tenant improvements, correctional facilities, multi-family developments, houses, restaurants and more. On his spare time Ian enjoys spending time outdoors, playing with his chocolate lab, and traveling.
