This project consisted of (9) single story buildings, 56K SF, (45) extended stay units with full kitchens, laundry rooms, and two bedrooms. We stripped the structures down to the studs, and re-finished them inside and out, from new windows, doors & stucco, to full interior finishes.

The Remson Group took this project from design assist through to construction, to help with keeping budgets in alignment.

This project consisted of a full re-design and renovation of all the public restrooms on property of the Westin La Paloma. From the walnut doors, to the high end plumbing fixtures the spaces are now fit with a modern and functional look.

The Club at Starr Pass Renovation

This renovation spanned over 14,500SF of the existing clubhouse. The renovation included a new corner bar with golf course views, private dining area, buffet area, bathrooms, showers, locker rooms, and lounge spaces. The Golf shop also got a Full renovation, along with select exterior improvements at the patio.

The Hilton Resort Projects Included the conversion of old administrative office spaces to (12) new hotel rooms, a renovation of all the public restrooms on property, and renovation of the old 4,000SF spa building, into a new fitness center/yoga studio, and administrative offices.
